I started programming at fifteen, spinning up and modifying private game servers just to understand how they worked from the inside. Before going professional in software, I spent six years as a licensed industrial electrician — maintaining the installations that keep production running.
Those years shaped how Norlia thinks. Business processes are physical chains of cause and effect. When a link fails — a salesperson who doesn't reply, a lead going cold, an unconfirmed appointment — the whole chain breaks down. Norlia builds the link that doesn't fail: software that doesn't get tired, doesn't forget, and doesn't take weekends off.
I've spent the last three-plus years building full-stack software professionally. Norlia is where that experience converges: the craft of keeping systems running when they can't afford to stop — now in code.
